This workshop will expand upon the learning process from Phases 1 and 2 helping students' assessment and practical hands on skills using the Ingham Method of Reflexology. A more in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology specific to the topics of headache and endocrine disorders will be gained. Students will also have more supervised hands on practical under the watchful eye of a qualified instructor. This workshop will include a new technique pioneered by Gail Byers, daughter of The President of the International Institute of Reflexology Dwight Byers.

★ pre-disposing contributors to foot pain and how they can be offset;

In this experiential class you will learn:
★ the causes of the above-listed conditions;
★ pre-disposing contributors to foot pain and how they can be offset;

$325.00In Chinese medicine, the endocrine system is referred to as the Wheel of Life, since it controls homeostasis in the body, and is closely aligned with the seven major chakra wheels and nerve plexuses. Together with the nervous system, it controls communication in the body; the nervous system presiding over the immediate transmission of information and the endocrines the slower and longer lasting messengers of truth.
Because the endocrines are deeply embedded in the body, they cannot be palpated through massage; however, they can be influenced through reflexology. They are profoundly affected by the subtle movement of the chakras and the five Chinese elements of wood, fire, water, metal, and earth.

In Chinese medicine, the endocrine system is referred to as the Wheel of Life, since it controls homeostasis in the body, and is closely aligned with the seven major chakra wheels and nerve plexuses. Together with the nervous system, it controls communication in the body; the nervous system presiding over the immediate transmission of information and the endocrines the slower and longer lasting messengers of truth.
